At Blend, our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchases.
Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it will be treated as a return. Refer to our Return section for further details.
Please note that guest users placing online orders (without signing in or creating an account) cannot cancel purchases online.
Return
Our return policy varies by country to enhance your online shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders if we detect an unusually high number of returns.
UAE
You have 14 days to return your purchase. Online purchases can be exchanged or returned at Blend or any partnered salon or academy in the UAE. Remember to bring your invoice.
Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman:
You have 14 days to return your purchase. Contact Customer Service to arrange a complimentary return by post for products delivered to Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
European Union
You have 14 days to return your purchase. Contact Customer Service for an uncomplicated return by post for products delivered to any EU country. Salon or academy returns are accepted if there is a local distributor or Blend partner.
Outside the European Union
Contact Customer Service for an uncomplicated return by post for products delivered outside the EU. Salon or academy returns are accepted if there is a local distributor or Blend partner.
All products must be returned unused, with Blend tags attached, in their original condition and packaging, along with the invoice, within the specified timeframe. We do not accept returns for opened or tampered packaging, damaged, or soiled items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are defective or damaged.
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective. We may offer to repair defective items where possible. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

Note: PMU pigments, brushes, and gels are not eligible for returns for B2B / Commercial / Professional customers.
Exchange
You can exchange your product(s) within 14 days of receipt if they are not on sale and are eligible for return. All exchanged products must be unused, with Blend tags attached, in their original condition and packaging, along with the invoice.
After inspecting the returned product(s), you may exchange them:
- For a product of equal value
- For a lower value product, with excess refunded
- For a higher value product, paying the price difference.
